Vintage Wrap Up 2021

As the sun sets on another vintage at Baileys of Glenrowan, it’s time to take a breath and reflect on what a terrific growing season and vintage we have just experienced.

A huge thank you to all our vintage staff who were consistently full of enthusiasm and drive throughout the many long days. This vintage marked one of the longest on record for Baileys of Glenrowan, but the abundance of homemade treats for all to share and lots of singing in the cellar, made it all worth it.

All great wines start in the vineyard, and this vintage is no exception. Being blessed with good fruit makes the job of winemaking so much the easier and the rewards simply flow from the purest primary ingredient, which is undeniably the fruit.

The best variety for Vintage 2021, was Shiraz – one of our signature varieties. Keep an eye out for the release of these wines, as they’re sure to be a standout!
