A great organic white wine, the Organic Fiano is layered and textured with hints of almond, white peach and a clean crisp finish meshed with a little tannin. If your date is a seafood lover, the Organic Fiano will pair beautifully with a decadent bouillabaisse or pan seared barramundi.

With cherry and mulberry aromas complimented by a spicy, fruit driven mid-palate and supple tannins for a long savoury finish, the Organic Nero d’Avola is ideal for richer meals. Try lightly chilling this delicious organic red wine just before serving alongside spiced honey roasted duck, or succulent crispy pork belly.

If you would rather keep things light, go for the Organic Rosé and a fresh summer salad. The subtle red fruit flavours, fine texture and cleansing acidity of this Rosé paired with a leafy summer salad make this a refreshing combination for a relaxing lunch date in the shade.
