2021 Varley Shiraz

The Founder series celebrates the story of Baileys, as our founder, Varley  Bailey, purchased the land known today as Bundarra farm and started growing grapes & making wine from 1870. True to the region, Baileys of Glenrowan is recognised as a world-class producer of luscious fortified wines.

WINEMAKERS NOTES

A bright garnet hue with flashes of red and purple in the glass. The nose is vibrant and expressive, offering lifted aromas of redcurrant and fresh raspberry. On the palate, a juicy medley of red and blue fruits comes to the fore, layered with notes of ripe satsuma and dark plum. Youthful and energetic, this wine will benefit from a generous decant to allow its full character to emerge.
