A soft, easy drinking wine with an abundance of fresh blue fruit and dark cherry flavours.

Vintage 2012 showed excellent growing conditions, with good Spring rains and mild, settled conditions throughout the ripening period. This resulted in table wines of immense fruit concentration. This organic Shiraz pairs beautifully with classic veal dishes and light game meats, such as duck or quail.

WINEMAKERS NOTES

A deep garnet colour that is clear at the rim, this Organic shiraz offers lifted and floral aromas, abundant with fresh cherry and raspberry fruits, laced by attractive spicy whole bunch notes. This is a medium bodied wine balanced by savoury red fruits, fine tannin and well-integrated toasted French oak. Enjoy now or cellar until 2022.
