Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
Approximately 3-4 weeks before our 1870 Club dispatch in May and November our members receive an email advising you of your upcoming shipment and we will also send you our 1870 Club Newsletter.
When will my wine arrive?
The newsletter advises the date that 1870 Club packs are sent from the winery (usually May and November). Generally, your wine arrives in the week following this date.
What if I'm not at home?
Not a problem. All deliveries from Baileys of Glenrowan travel via Australia Post and must be signed for on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to collect your wine at your local post office. Alternately, you may wish to have your wine delivered to a work address. We can also arrange to send your wine at a specified date should you be on holiday or away.
How long am I enrolled for?
Your minimum enrolment is for twelve months (two deliveries), though most members choose to remain a member for many years more.
Wine Club Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the 1870 Club, I understand that I will be required to purchase six bottles of wine, two times per year, for a minimum of 12 months. I authorise Baileys of Glenrowan to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine purchases as they occur. If your credit card expires or is changed between now and your next delivery you will be notified via email and be required to update your details through the Baileys of Glenrowan secure website by logging into your customer account. You may also update your wine club preferences at any time by logging into the Baileys of Glenrowan secure website.
