Founders Series Classic Topaque

The Founder series celebrates the story of Baileys, as our founder, Varley Bailey, purchased the land known today as Bundarra farm and started growing grapes & making wine from 1870. True to the region, Baileys of Glenrowan is recognised as a world-class producer of luscious, fortified wines.

WINEMAKERS NOTES

This Topaque has intense toffee, malt extract and butterscotch aromas. The palate is rich and luscious, and shows delightful complexity and concentration achieved from aging in old oat vats and barrels. Wonderful with rich desserts, blue cheese or simply enjoyed with coffee and chocolate.
