This VP140 is a modern take on the traditional Australian fortified, created from a selection of premium sourced Portuguese grape varieties, that are blended with Shiraz as a nod to our heritage. This produces a vintage fortified that celebrates over 140 years of history and winemaking craftsmanship.
An even growing season without any heat spikes allowed fruit to ripen slowly and beharvest at peak timing. Vines were well balanced also delivering ideal conditions for fruitto naturally vine ripen.
Made in open fermenters and fortified with a specially selected spirt, maturation instainless steel and in bottle.
