A perfect balance of richness and restraint. Attractive blackberry and cinnamon spice with fine tannins develop through the mid palate. Ideal accompaniment to fattier cuts of meat such as flank steak or juicy braises and stews.
Petite Sirah is an alternate name for the Durif grape, commonly used throughout North America. We believe the name Petite Sirah better suits the style of wine we are aiming for with this release; aromatic, spicy and textured, with a finer structure than might normally be associated with Durif.
