2019 Organic Shiraz

Vintage 2019 showed excellent growing conditions, with good Spring rains and mild, settled conditions throughout the ripening period. This resulted in table wines of immense fruit concentration. This organic Shiraz pairs beautifully with classic veal dishes and light game meats, such as duck or quail.

WINEMAKERS NOTES
